I have an assignment:

4 pages about the US -Inward Foreign Direct Investment (IFDI): Regional/State Performance from 2000 to 2016.

The assignment with a group project on FDI by a foreign firm in the region or state concerned.

Each group will be required to study IFDI in a specific US region/state ( My region is Mountain (Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming).

My responsibility is:

Section 4: (about 4 pages): Implications of FDI

(I).Discuss the impact of FDI on local employment; R&D linkages with local universities; exporting, immigration, and its value to local communities ( In the states that I wrote it up)

(iii). Discuss if the IFDI had been successful in meeting its goals and if it helped in promoting local/regional development. ( In the states that I wrote it up)
