This assignment uses a grading rubric. Instructors will be using the rubric to grade the assignment; therefore, students should review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the assignment criteria and expectations for successful completion of the assignment

I have a very specific rubric that I must follow. I will upload this rubric. I need APA formatting with in text citations and a reference list. Last time I ordered a paper I had a problem with the in text citations part of the APA formatting. I have an example that I will upload as well. This example is EXACTLY how I need this concept map done. This concept map is for an Advanced Medical Surgical Clinical rotation. It can be related to a “CLIENT” and I capitalized that word because we refer to Patients as clients. So no using the word patient, only client. I can’t have any abbreviations also. This concept map can be based off of a client in the Telemetry Unit, Short Stay, ER, or ICU as that is where my rotation consist of.
