Reflective practice is used both in the initial planning stages with a client as well as throughout the coaching or mentoring relationship.
Connor & Pokora (2012) state, “Effective practice is reflective practice. Reflective practice involves an ongoing cycle of preparation, engagement/encounter with the client, and then reflection on that coaching or mentoring work. The reflection may involve others” (p. 85).
• For the first part of this assignment, you will discuss and explain the four phases of reflective practice using the readings from this week and at least two additional academically credible sources.
• For the second part of this Assignment, you will listen to the podcast scenario and explain how you would use the four phases of reflection practice to resolve the organizational conflict and restore organizational effectiveness to the organization.
