Write a 700-word summary that discusses the following:

Administrative Interview
As a requirement for my course discourse paper, I conducted an interview with Ms. JW, who holds a senior management position at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital The Vintage, Houston, Texas. On Ms. JW’s request, “no confidential, personally identifiable information, like my name and position shall be disclosed” for the interview summary write-up. JW holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration, and certificates in medical ethics and laws concerning care of the elderly. She has been in the healthcare industry for the past 22 years and has held various positions primarily in administrative roles and has also served on a board with a special responsibility for reviewing policies and recommendations of the ethical committee.
