I don’t agree that the customer is always right for numerous reasons. This actually negatively affects employees by providing coarse customers an one-sided advantage. These types of customers are destructive for the business and actually produces worse customer service. When an irate customer comes in that is rude and demeaning negatively affects those providing customer service and other customers in the organization. A great example of customer service that I received directly includes a medical technician that was very nice and compassionate. The technician ensure I was comfortable, had blankets to stay warm and carried on conversation about various things including real estate agents and companies. agree or disagree 2-3 sentences
