Oct. 1, 2017, XYZ Corp sued ABC Company and Chris Lee one of ABC’s former executive who has been tapped by ABC company to run its China operations.

-ABC is a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in California.

–  XYZ is also a Delaware corporation but with its headquarters in Washington state.

 -The suit was filed in a Washington state court against ABC and Chris Lee, who until recently was the corporate vice president of Microsoft’s Interactive Services Division.
