Below is the group project I have, you need to answer the 7th question and write forthe whole introduction.

Question 7 including:

Balanced Scorecard: [You must list the important annual objectives necessary to achieve the firm’s long-term goals.]

Rumelt’s Criteria: [Evaluate the selected strategy relative to Rumelt’s Criteria.]. You should answer this one based on the Strategy 1 in Question 5, which is Strategy 1: Autopay Mobile App (Intensive strategy – Market development). You can see it in the file I give.

There will be no less that 6 pages for this part, not including references page.

For the introduction, only one or two pages will be needed. The most important is the introduction should be based on the 7th question you answered, such as monitoring the strategy implementation.
