Milestone 1: Contemporary Analysis

In Module Four, you will submit an essay (two to three pages) on your analysis of the current issues related to women in leadership, including issues such as wage disparity, dominance of male leaders in some industries, and the stereotypical and behavioral expectations of women leaders. Include a brief historical analysis and application to your organization.

Requirements of submission: Written components of the proposal must follow these formatting guidelines when applicable: double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, and discipline-appropriate citations.
