Trends in Risk Management

The shortage of talent. Our organizations are experiencing critical skill and talent shortages. Necessary skill sets become difficult to find and costly. ERM incorporates this issue as talent risk. As an ERM manager, what would you do to put effective risk mitigation plans in place for talent risk?

Assignment requirements:

• Create a new thread with 700 words, be clear and concise!
• Address each posed question.
• Select at least 2 other students’ threads – no more than 150 words each
  • Post substantive comments on those threads by evaluating the pros and cons of that student’s recommendations.
