Part III: Draft a procedure for an employee to follow in requesting an accommodation.

Submit one document with all three parts to the W3: Assignment 3 Dropbox by Tuesday, June 6, 2017.
The policies and procedure drafted should be your own. Make sure you use appropriate language, correct spelling, and professional vocabulary.
On a separate page, cite all sources using the Bluebook format.
Revise the policies based on your facilitator’s feedback. You will need to submit the revised policies as a part of the final employee handbook in Week 5.
