My original paper is attached and needs some additional work done to it. I have also posted the instructions to this and below the instructors feedback. I could use some help fixing this.

Instructors feedback:

Situation B: Issues Involving Corruption: “lessons” noted in the response for the entire force based on the response, however, the answer does not provide any support as to how these lessons would be passed along to all or how it would be relevant for others to learn from. How do you know others would learn from this?
Situation C: Issues Involving Corruption: The paper speaks generally to the issues, but does not articulate how or why the chosen response would work or why it was chosen. Does not answer the final question posed: “Also explain how your actions in your professional and personal life will make it easier or more difficult for you to change the culture of corruption that exists in the agency.”
Supports Reasoning: There are references listed, but not cited in the work. As stated above, the paper does not support the claims offered in the answers. How and why need to be addressed. Just noting a response does not go far enough, support is required to articulate the reasons for the responses made based in facts and research.
Articulation of Response: No in text citations and there are some wording and grammatical errors that make some areas a bit hard to follow.
