Choose one of these theories and write a 2-3 page paper discussing the theory and how you would use this theory to describe your own career development.

Directions for Paper:

Page 1: Cover Page that includes the name of the assignment, Your Name, Course Name, Date Submitted, Honor Code. These should be double-spaced.

Subsequent pages: Discuss your chosen theory and relate it to your own career development. What are the basic concepts of the theory? How does it relate to your current or future career path? Why did you choose this theory? Include at least one journal article on the topic of your chosen theory that makes connections to this assignment and include it in your analysis. Be sure to cite and reference the article in APA 6th edition style.

Note: Including the Cover Page and References Page, there should be at least 3 body paragraphs that include your summary of the theory and how it relates to your career development.
