Using the Institutionalism frame work please answer the following questions on

• Write in memo format (TO line can be your choice, but basically a governing body: city council, county executive, regional body, etc.), addressing the following points:
  • What’s the situation and trends bearing on the situation?
  • Discuss how the framework applies to the situation (equivalent to the “standard or principle” paragraph in the memos you’ve been writing).
