The paper needs an introduction, narration, confirmation, refutation and concession, and end with a summation. I will include an annotated bibliography the introduction that I have so far. Thesis doesn’t have to wholly support one solution, but may support more than one solution . Do need to consider all solutions, understanding where different solutions are coming from, so that you can better support the solution or two that you endorse in your argument, better address the opposing solutions, better address the audience.
