Human capital is a measure of the economic value of the workforce, which management sees as a process of directing and investing in organization workforce. Not all employees are equal, and management considers the employees as an investment. My previous company trains its employees and invest in skill development programs in order to reflect the value of human capacity. My previous company management consider the workforce as a capital.
