STEP TWO:

The four learning modes— concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation— represent the four stages of the learning cycle. Consequently, they are all important components of the learning process, and no individual mode is better or worse than any other. A totally balanced use of the four learning modes is not necessarily the best, however. The key to effective learning is being aware of, and able to utilize, each mode when it is appropriate (Alessandra, 2008).

A) Based on the information contained in Chapter 6, determine your own learning style. In doing so, please address the learning model, the dimensions of learning and the learning modes.
