In this module, you will round out that picture with an assessment of the leadership of the organization.

Please write a 2-3 page paper, not including cover and reference pages, in which you:

Identify a leader to profile in your organization and discuss why you feel this leader exemplifies leadership excellence. Be sure to include a description of their leadership style, how this leader contributes effectively to the organization, and how the leader addresses the cross-cultural nature of leadership within the organization.
