Select two comparable companies, Bombardier and Embraer. Annual reports are all updated with this document.

• Prepare a brief narrative description of each of these companies for your report, and compare them in terms of size, as well as industrial and geographical characteristics.
• Specify period under review, and sources of information for each company, and for the project as a whole, as you use these and in the bibliography.
• Describe how accounting principles have developed in each country in general terms, and evaluate the general content and approach of the Annual Report relative to this development. Why does financial reporting in the countries differ?
