I need help completing my ‘Leadership and Decision Making’ assignment, it is a 3000 wordcount essay.
The instructions for this essay is all in the ‘zip’ file attached to this question.

Basically, I’ve a person in mind that I need to write on but I didn’t do any interview with the person(my brother), I need you to come up with a personality for him to show that he’s a good leader at work and at home. He’s overall likeable but maybe you can add 1-2 flaws about him. My lecturer wants a lot of details but not all to be written into the main part of the essay, he wants us to to write it and place it under ‘appendix’.

Also, he wants us to use sources but nothing from the world wide web, all has to be from reliable resources from journals, databases etc. Please also use models that I’ve written down such as ‘LPC leadership model’ etc.
