IN-CLASS EXERCISE: Long-Range Strategic Planning & Analysis

A scenario will be presented that students must analyze and discuss potential long-range affects on a business.

The expectations include analyzing the environment; assessing impacts to the business; identifying critical material and non-material changes that should be made “today” in order to be prepared for the future scenario; and provide defense of the actions.
