1. Youarerequiredtocriticallyevaluateindividualcreativityinthecontextofyourworkplace,firstlythroughthe

identificationofindividualblocksthatinhibittheprocess,andsecondlyyouwillneedtoconsiderwhichofthe

alternativeapproachesismostrelevantinthiscontextasaninterventiondesignedtopromoteindividualcreativity

andinnovation.

2. Youwillthenneedtodemonstrateasystematicunderstandingandcriticalappreciationoftheprocessof

creativityandinnovationdrawingoncontemporarytheoriestosupportyourevaluationandsynthesis.

3. Youwilldevelopaplantopromoteindividualcreativethinkinginyourworkorganisationwithaviewtoenhancing

innovation.Youwillneedtoincludeanin-depthliteraturereviewcriticallyevaluatingalternativecontemporary

perspectivesinordertodrawmeaningfulconclusionsanddevelopfeasiblerecommendations.

4. Youwillpresentyouranalysisandplaninreportformatofapproximately1500wordsexcludingreferencesand

appendices.

5. Intheunlikelyeventthatyourworkorganisationpreventsadequateanalysis,theUKTutorcanagreeanalternative.
