Create a comprehensive plan of action for developing and managing a primary care practice. The primary care practice may be a practice that you are familiar with, or you can create a hypothetical practice. The paper’s focus can be from one of the following: 1) describe the practice as a nurse practitioner who is preparing to enter independent practice (FNP Students).

Address two (2) of the following questions:

1. Define and justify the focus of the practice with respect to a clinical specialty area and the geographical location of the practice.
2. Evaluate the economy in the practice service area with respect to an expanding market and whether it is supportive of the practice specialty.
3. List the services provided in the practice and the various lines of service available.
4. Develop strategies to establish or expand your professional network.
5. Identify the competitors for the practice and discuss how your practice differs from the competition.
6. Develop one-year and five-year strategic plans listing your short-term and long-term goals.
7. Evaluate the professional image of the practice.
8. Develop a marketing strategy that communicates to the public the services of the practice and customer satisfaction.
