Create a PowerPoint presentation to be used in one of the following situations:
- New employee orientation
- Training on new equipment or new policies/procedures
- Weekly staff meeting
- Continuing education session for your field
Your presentation must include ALL of the following (33 points possible, 3 for each item):
- Minimum number of slides (including the first and last slide): 7
- Title slide (first slide)
- Closing slide (last slide)
- AutoShape with text or picture in it
- Graphics
- Include three of the four types: clip art, photos, WordArt, and SmartArt
- Slide transitions (on each slide)
- Animation effects
- At least 1 bulleted list
- Speaker notes on at least 2 slides
- At least one linked or embedded object.
- References slide and in-text citations. All information taken from sources must be referenced!
You will be graded on each of the above elements plus the following:
- Correct spelling (3 points)
- Overall uniformity, alignment, clarity, continuity and flow of the presentation materials (5 points)
- Creativity (4 points)

Save your file as a PowerPoint Presentation(.pptx).
Include the term Presentationand your First Name when saving your file. Example: Presentation_Lisa.pptx
