I need PARTS framework and Grant Chart. M&M is not necessary.
Put them in order. PARTS:
•People involved
•Activities to be done
•Resources needed
•Timing of activities
•Symbolic activities for motivation
The Grant chart is really large so please try to condense it a bit and put screenshots of it in the PPT (may require more than one slide to fit it, make it so its clear and easy to read)
We are not going to be able to put all the info on the PPT so please try to condense it to have the main points. Try to make it pretty! You can use table, charts etc.
