In this section, you should present a vision of how the ideal for your company should look There is more than one possible future state so you must analyze, evaluate, and synthesize perspectives; via reading which can balance multiple competing viewpoints and these should be presented in a professional manner. This should include information from at least three clearly identified viewpoints. This section should be 1-2 pages.
