In 100 words or more reply to the statement below about short term decisions.
Owning a business is not easy. I think that for a business to succeed, you need to create short-term goals and decisions to achieve your long-term goals. My husband and I started our business small. He’s the key component to the success of our business. Eventually, in a span of 10 years, we went from having a business that started off in our garage to owning a 4200 square foot facility to conduct our business in. It definitely didn’t take overnight to be able to reach our goal. The term “taking baby steps” is the exact thing that comes to mind when “short-term decisions” is mentioned. You have to take the necessary steps that fall in line (which doesn’t always go as planned) to get to your ultimate goal. It’s not always an easy road but if you work on the little things first, you will eventually get to where you want to be.
