“i need help using the IF statement formula to list the quarter number (Q1.Q2.Q3,Q4) in column C based on the dates in column A. I can do so by referencing the quarter start dates in cells Q2:Q4. so i want to check if a date falls before the Q2 start date, if it does, then you should display Q1, if it doesn’t (false value) you want to check if it falls before the next start date, and so on.”
