Alternate Dispute Resolution ADR Practitioner Role-Play This writing project is designed to get you to role-play an ADR participant (for example, as a mediator,arbitrator, or practicing attorney), someone who uses ADR methods to achieve client goals on a regular basis. You can use whatever resources yo deem appropriate (with appropriate acknowledgment, such as by footnote or citation) Internet research research is to be properly acknowledged. Please note that interviews of practitioners are not excluded as resources, but must be the real point of this exercise is to get you to appreciate by whatever means the essential dynamics of certain ADR roles. Be sure to make useful citations to the coltri and Fisher texts. Specifically, you are to tell us from the unique perspective of your chosen role. How do ADR methods help others?
