Submit an excel page with two columns on it with one column header named New Business and the other column named Existing Business.

Using a macro point of view, using the New Business column list what tasks you will need to perform in order to get the business running from scratch.

Next evaluate and list what tasks you will need to to perform to get this business running on the Exisiting Business column of the paper.

Do a comparison of the two lists and discuss your findings.

Are there any surprises from the lists? What are they?

Between the two structures which process takes more time, money, expertise, support, etc? Why?

Between the two structures which opportunity has a higher chance for success? Why?
