Evidence based practice
One research based reference (research study) (Peer reviewed scholarly article) is required in APA format in addition to other references you may use for the initial post. You must post your response based on syllabus criteria in a manner that demonstrates that you understand the topic as it relates to the module content and text reading. Grammar punctuation and professional presence (response from an Advanced Practice perspective) will be part of the grading criteria. Please respond to two of your classmates responses.
Evidence-based practice requires integration of current best evidence with clinical patient management. Address the following criteria for this forum (post your response with numbers for clarity).
1.Select a quantitative qualitative or mixed methods research study from a peer-reviewed nursing journal (no systematic reviews meta-analyses or meta-synthesis articles accepted). All studies must be an original posting (you will not receive credit for repeated studies). Identify the type of study and cite the article in APA format.
2.State the nursing research paradigm this research article is best aligned with and give a rationale.
3.Specifically state how you could use this research study to support a best practice intervention (e.g. patient education bedside care activities etc
