Your role is now to develop the patients experience of their visit, supporting by relevant academic tools and techniques from the Blackboard teaching material and other relevant academic sources. You may build on experiences from your own visits to hospital. You must be creative and consider how the overall experience would improve the management of the hospital. They may include the following aspects:
