Write a thorough paper discussing the following:

1. How can diversity give a company a competitive edge. Can diversity really make a difference in the bottom line? How?

2. Discuss how culture plays out in terms of ethical behavior and what can organizations do to manage these issues more effectively.

3. What distinctions can you make between affirmative action and managing diversity?

Grading will be based on content, format, and demonstration of weekly reading assignments, learning objectives and outside research.
